About Us
StewardshipHQ provides a complete and comprehensive package encompassing all aspects of an in-house Antimicrobial Stewardship program. We eliminate the guesswork of regulatory compliance and patient safety by delivering turn-key protocols, real-time surveillance tools, and expert-led clinical support. By seamlessly integrating into your existing workflow, we help your facility reduce inappropriate antimicrobial use, lower resistance rates, and optimize patient outcomes—all while driving down institutional costs.
Our Story
StewardshipHQ was created to help healthcare facilities address the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance while navigating limited access to Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship expertise. As stewardship continues to be a key Joint Commission expectation, many Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, community hospitals, nursing facilities, and smaller healthcare organizations need practical support to build and sustain effective programs.
Our goal is to close that gap by bringing evidence-based, clinically grounded stewardship guidance to facilities that need specialized expertise. We help facilities strengthen antibiotic use, improve patient outcomes, support regulatory readiness, reduce unnecessary antimicrobial costs, and develop sustainable programs in the fight against antimicrobial resistance.
